Top Performance Auto and Truck Service Center, LLC is a family run business designed to deliver expert mechanical service on consumer and commercial vehicles. Located in Canandaigua, NY, Top Performance aims at delivering top quality service while treating customers with the utmost respect and care. The business has been designed and is managed by experienced business people and staffed with expert skilled technicians.

Vision

Top Performance will provide honest and accurate work on all customers’ vehicles with highly trained and skilled mechanics, using state-of-the-art equipment to result in the most efficient and cost effective service possible. The service will be conducted in a modern facility and will use processes and philosophies designed to provide customer comfort and trust, yielding in repeat business in the future.

  • Technician Shop work area is intentionally designed separate from the Lobby to eliminate noise, ensure customer safety and increase productivity
  • Facility is fully networked integrating the business, customer and technician
  • Top Performance uses Mitchell 1 Software which provides Front to Back Office transactions. From estimating, invoicing, diagnosis, billing, point of sale, inventory management/acquisition and business management, Top Performance can conduct its business in the most efficient manner possible to ensure the highest quality work is conducted in the least amount of time at the lowest cost possible
  • Facility is secured with state-of-the-art security and safety system which is designed to eliminate any business disruption so any work-in-progress is not delayed
